Co-Founder and Director off AAFS, Nareman Taha, to Speak at DIC

International Women’s Day

We are incredibly proud to announce that on Wednesday, March 8, 2017, our very own Nareman Taha, Co-Founder and Director of Arab American Family Services, will be a speaker on this panel! The event is in honor of International Women’s Day. Alongside her will be Suzanne Akhras Sahloul, Founder and President of the Syrian Community Network, Rummana Hussain, Criminal Courts Reporter at the Chicago Sun-Times and Alia Bilal, Director of Community Relations at Inner-City Muslim Action Network (IMAN) 
The panel will begin at 1:30 pm at the Downtown Islamic Center  and will end with a Q&A segment. Be sure to stop by and say hello!
