As we prepare for the 2024 presidential election, AAFS is once again participating in the New Americans Democracy Project (NADP) with Illinois Coalition for Immigrant and Refugee Rights. We’re happy to introduce Yazan Badwan, our newest program fellow!
The goals of NADP are to register new citizens and youth voters, empower youth leaders, mobilize immigrant communities to Get Out The Vote, and engage the community and candidates about immigrant-specific legislative initiatives.
